The Oregon Ambassadors of Music has a process for businesses, family, and friends to provide a sponsorship for a student. Sponsors can give in the Sponsorship Portal (expected to be live no later thasn February 1, 2027). Sponsors will need the first and last name of the student and their date of birth. Students should download the flier linked below and send this out to businesses, family, and friends. 

Student Performers, here is the Sponsorship Flyer to send to potential sponsors. The most successful students at fundraising have also attached a personal letter (describe yourself, your music interests, and what this tour would mean to you) with a picture of you in your band, choir, or orchestra uniform (or any picture).

There is an 8% administrative fee that is deducted at the time of payment. 

All sponsorships are final. There are no refunds. In the event a sponsored student withdraws from the trip or there is unclaimed sponsorship money, those funds will be allocated to assisting students with financial needs while on the tour.
