Meetings

We hold several informational meetings throughout Oregon in the spring of 2023. Please attend an in-person meeting if possible. See the list of meeting locations and times below. It is critical to attend one of these meetings to learn everything you can about the tour prior to completing the application process. If you cannot attend the meeting in your area, please select another meeting to attend. We also offer ZOOM meetings for those unable to attend an in-person meeting due to distance or conflicts. Both parents and students should attend these meetings to learn about the tour and our application and payment process.

In-Person Meetings

We will hold several in-person meetings throughout regions in Oregon over April, May, and June of 2023. We highly recommend attending a live in-person meeting. This is the most effective way to receive our information and ask questions.

Zoom

In the event you miss a live in-person meeting or cannot attend on one of the scheduled dates, we will hold 2-3 Zoom meetings. Although this is not as effective as attending a live in-person meeting, it is a great option for families from far away or with in-person meeting scheduling conflicts. Powerpoint

We will post the link to the Powerpoint presentation from our meetings. This is a good resource to review what was covered, but it is not meant to be a sustitute for attending one of our in-person or Zoom meetings.
